Velvet, candles and otherworldly florals conjured the moody glam wedding that Casey + Sam envisioned. The spectacular rehearsal dinner at Marigny Opera House featured an outdoor cocktail hour with music by the Smokin’ Time Jazz Club and drinks from Tap Truck. Inside for the seated dinner, gorgeous wood tables, copper velvet linens, copper and sage green velvet napkins, bentwood chairs with velvet seats and breathtaking florals by Pistil & Stamen complemented the building’s elegant decay.
The wedding in The Church at Hotel Peter and Paul was magic! Candelabras and florals lined the aisle while grounded floral installations provided a stunning backdrop for vows. After the ceremony, guests mingled outdoors in The Piazza for drinks, oysters and light bites while my team flipped The Church from ceremony to reception. Emerald green velvet tables topped, candles lit, florals placed, food stations set, cakes moved in, DJ soundchecked, charcuterie board display built, luxury photo booth installed and lighting tweaked – all in 45 minutes!
