The event process is essentially made up of 4 parts: design + planning, production and event management. On average it takes 350 hours to create, plan and execute an event. The planning gets overwhelming quickly because there are so many pieces to fit together, loads of decisions to be made, and it takes a lot of time...and, chances are, you already have a full time job.
Design + planning go hand-in-hand and includes client meetings, research and building and presenting the creative design of the event. After the design is approved we move into production. Once we are knee deep in the production process, client needs and wants really reveal themselves.
Once all details are determined, it is time to jump into event management. Production schedules and timelines are created and the event team is built to assist in producing a seamless, stress-free and sensational day.
